Throughout the collaborative divorce process, each spouse is offered experienced guidance from a legal professional who will provide advice on the various legal issues relating to the dissolution of a marriage. At the Hudson Valley Collaborative Divorce & Dispute Resolution Association, clients are afforded the option of choosing from highly experienced and dedicated lawyers from the Dutchess, Putnam, Orange and Westchester, New York, area. Each party is represented by their own attorney. The legal professional will fill the role of advocating for each client's rights throughout the negotiation process while offering guidance on what to expect during collaborative proceedings.
