I have focused my practice of law on Matrimonial and Family Law for the last seventeen years, working in Dutchess, Putnam, and Orange County. I received my full collaborative divorce and mediation training and have worked as a collaborative divorce attorney for the last six to seven years. I currently hold the position of Co-Chair for the Executive Committee for the Hudson Valley Collaborative Divorce and Dispute Resolution Association.
I have handled numerous litigated and non-litigated divorce matters, which have included a wide range of simple to complex issues, including complex legal issues and business assets.
Through my practice, I have observed the many benefits for my client and the family, of a collaborative divorce as compared to a litigated divorce. I always strive to provide my clients with thoughtful, thorough, supportive, organized, knowledgeable, educational and effective representation, keeping in mind my client's needs and goals.
