Divorce forces us to deal with finances at a time when our emotions can overwhelm our logic and reasoning. Worries about money and conversations with your spouse can be difficult and might have been the source of conflict during the marriage.

During the collaborative process I work closely with you, first to gather your financial information. We then work together to develop a breakdown of your current living expenses and a realistic projection of your future expense needs.

I bring many years of experience working as a neutral in collaborative cases, mediations and as an advocate in litigated cases. My extensive tax and accounting knowledge allow me to deal with complex financial intricacies.

Along with your attorneys, we then begin to address your financial future. The collaborative process provides a safe environment that allows you to design your own divorce. You, with non-litigious legal and financial advice, make educated decisions as to what should be done with the house, how the mortgage gets paid, assets/debt sharing, tax efficient support allocations, compensation and the myriad of other decisions that are made at this time.
